TIWN April 17, 2017

AGARTALA, April 17 (TIWN): As expected, leaving all burdens of 10,323 teachers upon the Central Govt MP Jiten Chowdhury has cited an example from state West Bengal of 2015, where with the permission of Central Govt West Bengal teachers were given 5 yrs relaxation (however, in WB no recruitment scam was held like 10,323) , MP Jiten Chowdhury asked the Modi Govt to "Show Your Acche Din" by permitting age relaxation for the teachers.
First question after MP's comment is : for the "Bad Days" of teachers, is Central Govt responsible ? Recruitment scam was done by Manik Govt and now Modi Govt to take the risks just to pass CPI-M in Election?
After Chowdhury's status came in social media, teachers asking the state govt to give some easy options and direct livelihood, instead of creating confusions as Tripura Govt promised to be with 10,323 teachers.
Teachers' questions are valid : 1) How many posts the Govt has kept for teachers in Education Dept ? 10,000 or 20,000? Out of 1200 TET qualifiers not even 600 people were given jobs and how his lameduck govt can provide job to the 10,323 teachers ?
2) And in these 2 years of B.Ed completion who will give them bread and butter ?
3) After one is B.Ed qualified, how far getting TET is confirmed as TET is an exam, which need to be passed.
4) At the age of 40-45 teachers will go back to study table, with no income and with an uncertain future? What kind of nursery school Tripura Govt is running ahead of Assembly Election ?
