AGARTALA, April 16 (TIWN): A declining era of Congress is observed in Tripura amidst multiple party programme announced ahead of the Election.
Reportedly, even in the last year too Congress had an influence as the leading opposition across Northern Tripura.
But presently, Congress has lost its dominance fully there and the Dharmanagar party office has turned almost as a graveyard. The unmaintained 'Sahid-Bedi' is now under dust and mud, but none to take care of it.
However, Congress has also listed a bundle of programmes in coming days. Party to conduct a 9 day long march from April-18 and to continue till April 26.
But allegedly, after 5 MLAs left the party Birjit Sinha is all alone handling the party, which may out Congress from the Assembly.
