AGARTALA, April 10 (TIWN): In a historical journey for Bangladesh physically challenged cricket team who are on the way to Hariyana (in India) via Tripura to participate in a cricket match.
Reportedly, the cricket team arrived in Tripura via Akhaura Checkpost on Monday morning at around 9.30 AM, before they began their journey for Hariyana.
The cricketers were displaying Bangladesh flag with them while interacting with media persons here.
The gateway via Akhaura day by day becoming the easiest way for Bangladesh people to enter the country; obviously thanks goes to both the countries Prime Ministers for strengthening Indo-Bangla relation.
The commercial relation on the other hand is on the peak between both the countries via Akhaura check post.
Bangladesh and India are South Asian neighbours. Generally relations have been friendly, although sometimes there are border disputes.
The historic land boundary agreement was signed on 6 June 2015 which opened a new era in the relations and further stopped all irritants in ties.
