AGARTALA, April 9 (TIWN): Manik Sarkar due to his strict Communist policy might have denied to use any smart phone, but he and his ministers as well as high officials must take a lesson now, how to deal with Smart Generation and young stars while talking via phones. Although Aghore Debbarma avoided direct talking to the hunger strikers after 5 times of getting letters, but after today's incident when unemployed youths leak a audio of recording a conversation with Agriculture Director D P Sarkar's PA it's quite clear that unemployed youths raising voice are haunting Manik Sarkar and his Ministers as night mares. This audio was recorded 3 months back and accordingly the youths told CM about the issue, but it remained without any action. After 36 hours of hunger strike, when Govt fully ignored the youths, neither it showered any sympathy for them; then the youths handed over the audio to media where they were asked for mutuality indirectly and proposed them to meet the Director 5 among them at his chamber, but their Secretary Prabir Dutta is not allowed, who is the secretary of the unemployed forum of Agriculture and Horticulture Dept.

Asking the PA of Agriculture Minister, why Prabir Dutta is not allowed she told them if they want their welfare, they must not bring Prabir Dutta otherwise their recruitments will be paused forever and their career might be destroyed.

Lady Official first asked, "Total how many of you are in this group?"

Strikers said, "Many are there madam..."

Official : "Among you there is someone Prabir..you must have understood about whom I am talking?"

Strikers : "Yes yes, he is our Secretary"

Official : "Apart from him, any 5 of you will come tomorrow",

Strikers : "Apart from him 5?"

Official : "Yes, apart from him 5 can come tomorrow 1.30 PM",

Strikers :"Is there any reason that he can not come, as he is our secretary ?"

Official:  "I am telling you for your good that do not come with him.  Do you want your welfare? I am like your mother",

Striker : "Ok Ok.. but madam........"

Official : " Come without Prabir. It's your headache how you will manage it. Come tomorrow at 1.30 without any shout, no reporter and nothing.....",

Striker : "Ok..but....."

Official : "I have talked to Sir (Director), He will talk you and he is meeting you just because I am requesting, he is ready but he has this criteria. Then  I told him let me talk with you whether you people accept it or not. Thus if you agree then come.....Don't mind. I am telling for your welfare. I also feel bad that you guys are roaming like this, you are like our children",

Striker : "But madam there must be any reason behind our Secretary's banning. Pl let us know the reason".

Official : "No Reason ! Do not push you into such details. There is no necessary to go for every details.... Just come, otherwise, what will happen after that you know ?  Then yours group will be cancelled permanently. Have you Got my Point?? I have no FAYDA to help you. I want your good"

That was the talk but unfortunately madam's threat was recorded by young stars. Now, what excuse will be given by the Clean image Ministers of Tripura it's to be seen ? This is Tripura Ministers actual nature and today youths have Exposed their corruptions freshly !

The youths kept the audio unpublished for long 3 months, but finally after 48 hrs of strike, they have been bound to publish it. 

Background of the Movement : Since long 7 years no recruitment was done in TAFS Gr-I (Agri-Officer)  post, whereas out of 383 posts 237 posts are left vacant. Moreover, in Central projected Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) also not a single post has been filled up. Amidst the fund releasing by Centre : State as 90 : 10, total 250 posts are still vacant. Apart from that under KVK, AICRP (PP) many posts are also vacant.According to the unemployed youths, since 2012 these issues are raising by them and total 3 times they met Tripura CM Manik Sarkar and requested him to sort out the problem. Other Ministers were also informed via letters but although CM gave words look after the issue but after passing 5 years without any solution, the youths have come in massive protests.Earlier, in 2016 1st Oct, in 2017 9th March deputation was placed before Director of Agriculture. The youths further mentioned in their press release, "Even though 5 times the Agriculture Minister Aghore Debbarma was given letters but the Ministers didn't feel it necessary to meet them for 5 minutes".The Dept. of Agriculture in 2016 via an advertisement noticed to fill up 50 posts but with the order of the High Court TPSC (Advt. 06/2016) the recruitment process was stopped as High Court found the  advertisement was not valid as per recruitment laws. Apart from that since 1999 and before that also all the Agri-Officers recruitment were invalid and the unemployed youths to file case in High Court soon.

However, with all these and demanding to fill up vacancies, the youths sat in protest since April 6 and from April 7 evening they are in Hunger Strike Eventhough Minister Sahid Choudhury visited Astabol at morning time of Sunday, but he didn't feel it necessary to meet the youths.
