AGARTALA, April 3 (TIWN): CPI-M party cadres are allegedly attacking upon victim Bina's family who was killed brutally after rape by Rajat Tati at Dharmanagar. Allegation has come that CPI-M tried to arrange the bail for Rajat Tati who is a son of CPI-M backed Women Commission's leader. But Magistrate Udit Chowdhury rejecting Tati's bail plea sent him in 5 days police remand and the next hearing is reportedly on Tuesday. Moreover, allegation came that some miscreants are throwing stones on their homes during night time. It's worthy to mention here that double charged under IPC 376 and 302 for rape and murder accused Rajat Tati had allegedly raped a 16 years girl named Bina Dey. Single daughter Bina's father Bidyut Kanti Dey is very poor, woks in a tin-shop. It was reported that on last Tuesday afternoon Tripura Commission for Women members met the victim families and also asked them various interrogative questions. But with a major jolt for the women, girls of Tripura state Commission for Women's role has come under scanner as in the statement written by Women Commission did not include Rajat Tati's name as the 'murder', even after they took statement from her family.

The 16 years girl was brutally killed by Rajat Tati (21) at Dharmanagar Padmapur allegedly after rape. Her body was found with severe injuries on a roadside. 

The victim's father Bidyut Kanti Dey after whole night's of waiting when heard about this tragic incident immediately rushed to the police station and broke down in tears.

Moreover, her face was fully damaged by Rajat Tati so that nobody can identify her.

On late night of Sunday at Madhuban road, near Radharaman Asram at Padmapur.

However, Rajat Tati is also claiming that both of them were in relationship and on Saturday night both drank together and after physical intercourse, the girl threatened him that she will tell at her home about it. After her threat, Rajat killed her to save from raping minor.

 However, police in charge-sheet has imposed many IPCs and as the girl was minor, in any way, 21 years Rajat Tati was a rapist and also a killer. This incident raised question over the security of women in this state.

Now on Tuesday he will be produced before the court for the 3rd time.
