AGARTALA, April 3 (TIWN): To save the State Govt from legal cases, with the advice of Law Secetary Datamohon Jamatia, Govt is thinking to give 5 years relaxation for the 10,323 teachers.
According to source in SC verdict also it is suggested to change the age limitation of the teachers.
Already many B.Ed qualifiers among 10323 teachers have become over age in these 3 years and thus they can not sit in TET, but with age limitation increasing they can sit in TET and for them who have not completed B.Ed, 5 years are enough for them to complete B.Ed. Then all the teachers can sit in TET--- this is the strategy of state govt for now !
But question raises, many unemployed youths in the 3 years of gap from 2014 to 2017 have become over aged. Why Govt will not support them ? Why Govt will not support the 58 unemployed youths who filed case against govt ? However, in this way to save the vote banks til 2018 is CPI-M Govt’s actual plan; but sitting in TET doesn’t mean getting jobs.
(However, these informations are fully based on a daily newspaper in Tripura. But Tapan Chakraborty, the Education Minister, neither the state govt have not declared anything regarding this)
