AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): Time has finally come when 10,323 teachers are hovering on Ministers in their sleepless nights but the Govt is unable to find out any strategy to solve the issue. For the first time, after 10,323 teachers had lost their jobs due to wrong recruitment policy of the state govt, they constituted a Committee named ’All Tripura Govt 10,323 Regular Fixed Pay Teachers Employees Organization’ on Sunday. Around 40 teachers gathered on the first day of the Committee was constituted at Rabindra Bhawan and they called other teachers to join with them. However, all the teachers are carrying different-different views for now, as some of them are ready to file case against Govt right now, but some are demanding alternative jobs.

But the teachers union has called all the teachers to be united and it’s not mandatory to carry same views among all the teachers, but reportedly the committee is above all politics and will work out to solve the problems of the teachers. Political views will be given the least priority in the committee, TIWN reported.

Committee President Bimal Saha while interacting with media said that the teachers will go for a strike soon, but the date has yet not fixed. Their first priority is their rights presently, Saha told media.

However, now question arises, how the govt will provide them jobs ? To put someone directly in other depts. is against law and as well as the Group-C and Group-D recruitment process is again faulty, which may again devastate the families.

But in reality Govt’s Aim is “Mission-2018”. Bijan Dhar already asked the teachers to continue their jobs and nothing to worry and also gave signal that following the guidelines of Supreme Court the solution to the order may bring. However, may be CPI-M Govt is planning that already till December the jobs will be continued and if the teachers continue their jobs after December, hardly action against the Govt will be taken soon and again via legal procedures when Govt will be noticed by High Court regarding disrespecting SC's order then 2018 election will be ended.

However, now it’s to be seen that the 10,323 teachers how far will get their rights as RMSA Jute Mill employees fates remained unchanged.
