TIWN March 31, 2017

AGARTALA, March 31(TIWN): Tripura CM Manik Sarkar’s right hand S K Panda who was earlier Chief Secretary of Tripura, during 10,323 teachers’ recruitment and now head of Tripura’s Skill Development Mission have failed to decrease the unemployment so far and now with 10,323 teaches’ jobs have gone the unemployment rate has gone upto 7,19,264 from 7,08,941.
Eventhough the teachers’ will continue their jobs upto 31st December but already the families are devastated and they are nothing but ‘unemployed youths’ of Tripura.
While boosting about “Peaceful state”, “Communist Economic Policy”, Manik Sarkar keeps no limit, but after the hearing his all ministers and comrades sheltered at homes and for next few days their faces wil be hardly seen.
However, presently S K Panda is busy with various skill developmental projects and in this purpose already Rs. 54 crores have been sanctioned for Tripura’s unemployed youths. But has a single unemployed youth has been benefited from S K Panda’s skill development mission?
Reportedly, in 2014-15 total 59.40 crores of public money were invested for skill development, but only 556 students were given skill-development certificates without ensuring any job. In 2015-16 71.44 crores were sanctioned and govt claimed for training 3365 candidates and in 2016-17 out of 35.52 crores public money only 1099 candidates were provided certificates and for 2017-18 more Rs. 54 crores have been sanctioned. Now seems Panda’s sin’s pitcher has been filled and time has come to take rest in jail as BJP will demand for CBI inquiry against 10,323 case in High Court.
