Agartala, July 11 (TIWN): Keeping the next three-tier Panchayat in view, the political parties have started firing salvos at each other and conducting door to door campaign, group meeting, street corner meeting and bazaar meeting seeking votes. In connection to that, the opposition parties raised allegations that the ruling party is utilizing their power.

On the other hand, the administration from their part said that the opposition parties have not raised any allegation centering the Panchayat election. Leaving the Congress party and BJP behind, Trinamool Congress (TMC) geared up for poll campaign. Though the ruling Left Front is proceeding forward at full pace, the greatest opposition party TMC is just at the back steps to CPI (M).

Aiming to strengthen the campaign and to hold position in the upcoming three-tier Panchayat election, the TMC is highlighting the corruption prevailing in villages under Left Front regime. Besides, they are focusing on the CPI (M)’s 34-long years of misrule in West Bengal. TMC is leaving no stones unturned to strengthen their campaign.

Manoj Das, who left CPI (M), is proceeding with the responsibility of district Trinamool Congress. The newly joined Manoj Das knows very well how to harm the ruling party and he is proceeding. Besides, there are Congress and BJP in the fight, but people are not so much in support of them. Both Congress and BJP remained in the ground of Panchayat poll only to keep their existence.

Block TMC President Subir Nath Sharma demanded that TMC is going to hold all the village seats in the ensuing Panchayat poll. There seems to be 1:1 fight in the Panchayat polls scheduled to be held on July 15.
