AGARTALA, March 29 (TIWN): A 7 years girl was brutally raped by her neighbor at Ranir Barar.

The incident took place at West Noagao area. Accused Promod Debnath has been arrested by Ranir Bazar Police and to be produced before the court.

Talking to TIWN, SI-Suleman Reang he said, "On Tuesday, evening the victim went with her grandmother at Promod Debnath's house. Her grandmother was talking to Promod Debnath outside the home when the incident took place".

After the complain was registered immediately police arrested them.

However, he will be produced before the court on Wednesday.
