AGARTALA, March 25 (TIWN): Ahead of Assembly Election-2018, the political parties in Tripura are engaged in various party meetings.

After continuous 2 day long press conferences, BJP State President Biplab Deb addressed the OBC Morcha and directed how to function in their own areas.

OBC Morcha members and leaders remained present during the meeting.

Deb said, 'To defeat the ruling CPI-M, it is very important to reach the people. Every BJP members would work dedicatedly and follow the party ideology and direction'.

BJP is now claimed as the strongest opposition in Tripura and emerging as a major threat for CPI-M which is ruling the state since last 24 years.
