AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): The review meeting at Delhi Krishi Bhawan has been rescheduled from March 24 to march 27.
Reportedly some states begged more time to prepare the presentation and thus the Dept has rescheduled it to March 27.
Tripura’s performance in Geotagging is only 15.90 %, which is fully unsatisfactory. The number of Panchayats in Tripura is 1,178 but in report whereas Tripura showed 714,802 works are completed but the Geotagging has done only with 24. 10 %.
However, in total including ID generation, overall Tripura’s performance in Geotagging has been calculated by Central Govt with 15.90 %.
In the issued letter it has been clearly mentioned to all Principal Secretaris, “States / UTs should ensure that whatever work is completed w.e.f. 01/ 04/ 2017 must be geotagged within one month from date of completion of work”.
However, already an E-test was taken on March 7 as a part of checking developments under the digital-transparency method.
Tripura's Target for Asset ID Generation is 49,222 & Target for Geotagging 57,309.
