Teliamura, July 6 (TIWN): With an effort to motivate the unemployed youths to join Army, the 38 Bn Assam Rifles started a pre-recruitment training at the 38 Bn Assam Rifles headquarter in Hrankhal Para under Teliamura sub-division. The 2nd in command, 38 Bn Assam Rifle- Major Raghubir, Singh confirmed it over the telephone, here today.The pre-training was started from July 4 and would continue till July 19. Under the command of Major Raghubir Sing, jawans of 38 Bn Assam Rifle working relentlessly to prepare the youths for the forthcoming army rally. During the training, the youths will get trained about the recruitment process of Army, physical interview and other relevant procedures, he added.
“On behalf of the 38 Bn Assam Rifles, fooding and lodging facilities have been given to the youths who have joined in this pre-training camp from the different corners including remote areas of the state”, said Singh.
It is being reported that an Army recruitment rally will be organised at the Army recruitment office of Silchar from July 23. During the rally, a huge number of youths will be recruited in Army from the state.
For the candidates of four districts- North Tripura, Dhalai Tripura, Unakoti and Khowai, the interview date is scheduled to be held on July 23 while the interview rally will be conducted for the rest four districts- West Tripura, Gomati, Sipahijala and South Tripura on July 24. The recruitment rally for rest North-Eastern region states will be conducted on July 25. For the ex-servicemen, state and national level players, NCC certified volunteers and war widows of Tripura; the interview will be held on July 26 at the same place.
On the other hand, the 38 Bn Assam Rifle is conducting army recruitment related awareness camps in the different villages to educate the youths for join army to serve the nation.
