AGARTALA / KUMULWNG, March 2 (TIWN): Kumulwng to get a 30 bedded Homeopathic Hospital soon, Union Minister Shripad Naik said on Wednesday.

This project will cost Rs. 7 crores, said the Minister.

Homeopathy or homoeopathy is a system of alternative medicine created in 1796 by Samuel Hahnemann, based on his doctrine of like cures like (similia similibus curentur), a claim that a substance that causes the symptoms of a disease in healthy people would cure similar symptoms in sick people.

However, the Central Minister alleged that CPI-M's negligence has paralyzed Ayurvedic, Homeopathic services in Tripura.

This hospital will generate employment  and a huge number of patients are expected from that area, a Tripura has still rush for Homeopathic treatment.
