AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): Tripura Trinamool received a major shock on Wednesday, after Surajit Dutta resigned from Trinamool Party.

However, whether Dutta has any intension to join any other party it's not clear yet.

Surajit Dutta was a Congress leader, who joined Trinamool before 7 months when 80 % leaders of Congress joined Trinamool leaving Congress leaderships.

However, source said that Dutta may join BJP shortly, but while media asked him about his next planning Dutta kept silent.

Tripura Trinamool is undergoing tremendous clashes, a party office source informed. 

Another veteran TMC leader Ratan Chakraborty is no more seen to share dais with TMC leaders whereas, Chakraborty was the root of Trinamool in Tripura.
