AGARTALA, Feb 28 (TIWN): Narendra Modi led Central Govt's mass-infrastructure development across Northeast region causing heartburns for Manik Sarkar's CPI-M Govt as communists continue to claim credits for all developmental projects initiated by BJP Govt. Whereas, Northeast zone is witnessing a sudden development in infrastructure of Connectivity in Modi Era, Tripura Communist party which is ruling here over more than a decade is trying their level best to prove their continuous strive behind connectivity's upgradation. This diplomacy is being played by the left front govt to down the Modi-Craze among Tripura voters which has begun to increase BJP's votebanks already ahead of Assembly Election-2018. Not only Chief Minister Manik Sarkar tried to meant CPI-M's 100 % dedication for railway move, during Tripura Sundari Express Train's inauguration describing 1980's SFI led railway demand at New Delhi, but in 2016's budget also CPI-M Govt claimed same.

Moreover, raising more and more demands for railway as Rajdhani Express, state govt trying to down the Modi-craze among the public.

During the budget, Tripura Finance Minister Bhanulal Saha said, "Train service between Agartala-Udaipur have been operationlized from 24th January 2017. Construction work of Railway Line from Udaipur to Sabroom (70.143 KM) is going-on in fukk swing and expected to be commissioned within 2019".

Saha further added, "..we re-iterate our demand for a Rajdhani Train, connecting Agartala to New Delhi and to increase the frequency of other Superfast trains connecting Agartala to other major cities in the Country".

But whereas the voice is on high for faster expansion of Udaipur-Sabroom railway work, but at this same route a double lane project had begun before 2 years under PWD for which central govt approved around 1000 crores of funds, but till now not even 30 % of the work is completed. Just because Railway works are done by Centre directed NFR, so the work is completing fast.

Also now a days the Chief Minister is visiting South Tripura to inspect the Udaipur-Sabroom railway project, just to prove his concern and liabilities in Tripura Railway move.
