In this regard, the Chemist and Druggist association members at kailsahar held 3 hours long protest from 10 AM to 1 PM on Tuesday.

The Association President Manic Lal Roy, Himangus Sekhar Som had lead the protest at Kailashahar.

The protesters alleged that without any prior notice the Drug Inspector comes to the shops and check if there is nay registered pharmacist or not. If the pharmacist go for a break and the inspector found his absent than the shop is suspended for a week.

Atleast 200 families are living with this pharmacy profession but  due to the banning of those shops for week-long the shops remain close, resulted in huge business loss.
