AGARTALA, Jan 28 (TIWN): Disregarding the order of High Court and Supreme Court, promotion-spree has begun across Tripura’s various departments.

The promptness is so high that sometimes one promotion list is printing multiple times due to errors in the list.

Source said that before this incident there was no such hurriedness at Secretariat to promote the officials, but as Supreme Court will accept the case on January 17, so un-following the order of High Court State Govt is doing as per its wish.

Apart from that from 33 % DA to Jute Mil employees salaries, everywhere the Govt didn’t follow the order of High Court.

Apart from that on 9^th April 2015 the High Court passed the order of promotion rules, but it remained without any action. The Govt is so desperate that High Court order also remained out of the corruption-zone.

High Court had already enlisted the guideline how to proceed with promotion policy, although CPI-M govt didn’t like the policy at all and further went to Supreme Court. Supreme Court later brought stay order against HC’s order but suddenly breaking down all the laws CPI-M has indulged again in violating promotion-policy, although in the promotion order it has been said, “…. Subject to final outcome of SPL (C ) No. 19765-19767of 2015 pending in the Supreme Court of India.

But being desperate the Govt is happily running lawlessness across its departments in promotion case.

Presently altogether, altogether SC / ST promotion, 10,323 case, DA case are hanging at Supreme Court, which are the result of continuous corruption held by CPI-M govt in its last 23 years of regime.
