AGARTALA, Jan 25 (TIWN): Like every year, this year too Tripura will celebrate Republic Day with much enthusiasm.

For the 68^th Republic Day, the Govt of Tripura has ordered the hoisting of National Flag in all private and public buildings at Sunrise.

As per the West Tripura Dist Schedule, at 6.30 AM Minister Manik Dey will hoist the “Laying of Wreath” at Gandhi Bedi at Gandhighat.

At 7 AM the same Minister will hoist the “Laying of Wreath” Martyrs’ Memorial at Post Office Chowmuhani.

At 7.30 AM the national flag will be hoisted at Secretariat by the same Minister.

At 9 AM, Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy will do the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag followed by March Past, National Salute, Awarding of prizes medals of followed by 10 munities Band by Assa Rifles and 30 minutes cultural function by the school children.
