NEW DELHI / AGARTALA / WEST BENGAL, Jan 17 (TIWN): Although allegation against the Prime Minister was multiple times raised by the opposition TMC as well as Congress for pushing CBI to arrest few targeted persons, but the PMO denied a media report that it wrote a letter to the CBI in connection with the ongoing probe in the Rose Valley scam case."The said report is totally false and baseless. The said letter displayed is a forgery. No such letter has been issued by the Prime Minister's Office," PMO sources said. Although, the reported letter had alleged that the PMO had issued certain instructions to the CBI in the Rose Valley case. The Rose Valley’s swine-flu which affected Tripura too since the New Year begin after the arrest of West Bengal TMC leaders as Sudip Banerjee and Tapas Paul with the chief accusation brought against PM Modi for delaying Tripura Rose Valley and victimizing West Bengal leaders with false allegation.

Infact not only Trinamool just one day ago Tripura Congress President Birjit Sinha also told TIWN PM Modi has direct link with CBI and he is responsible for no CBI inquiry in Tripura.

However, another Congress MLA of Tripura Ratan Lal Nath directly talking against the claim of Birjit Sinha, said that maximum leaders do not know how CBI functions. Talking about CBI inquiry and Hunger Strike of Youth Congress in Tripura Nath said that politicians should not mislead the people with lies, they should tell the truth for public’s welfare and truth is CBI will not come unless they find any chain of Rose Valley scam with other states in Tripura. ‘Sudip Banerjee was arrested because he was linked by Orissa Rose Valley”.

On the other hand TMC President Asish Saha reacting over Ratan Lal Nath’s comments he told TIWN that whereas in whole India Congress fighting against Chit Fund, Ratan Lal Nath is talking all rubbish. Saha also alleged that Nath was talking either supporting BJP or CPI-M as CBI investigation in Tripura will directly hit the CPI-M.

CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar said, “CPI-M sent list of chit fund groups to CBI,  but CBI didn’t accept Rose valley. However, if something was wrong also and CBI comes here to investigate, CPI-M has no problem at all. But people has to understand why Mamata Banerjee led Trinamool wants the arrest of CPI-M. Let them accept the fact that what CBI has done was a correct decision. Arresting Sudip Banerjee was correct or not let to be clear from Trinamool. Moreover, if CBI did ‘injustice’ there, how can do they fair with Tripura’.

“Rose Valley is an old issue and currently investigation is going on. CBI will come if necessary, what’s so scream about it?”, Dhar said.

Sudip Banerjee was first called by CBI when he expressed doubt about CBI’s neutral activity at West Bengal. Rose Valley was the hottest issue in Tripura once upon a time during Congress’s leadership as the chief Opposition party here. In the middle volume of protest was decreased, but suddenly the flame of protest-rallies, demonstration has fired up further after the arrest of Sudip Banerjee at West Bengal.

Sudip Barman at Trinamool Party office also distributed one pamphlet which he wrote in Congress Era.

In this situation with PMO Office’s report has poured cold water in all the allegations raised by Opposition. Moreover, it has been taken as an warning for further negative comments against CBI and Prime Minister or Central Govt.
