AGARTALA, Jan 15 (TIWN): Tripura CPI-Ms are now busy to use the term 'Dalit' as party propaganda, whereas massive looting of central funds under SC Welfare Dept. has bound the Central Govt to cut Tripura’s fund. Whereas in press meet the CPI-M backed Tafashili Jati Unnayan Samiti told media that remembering Rohit Vemula CPI-M will held protest on his death anniversary on Jan 17th who was victimized just because he was scheduled cast, on the other hand Tripura SC Welfare Dept. led by Minister Rata Bhwomik left under corrupted govt. officials. On Jan 17th Ratan Bhowmik will deliver speech at Paradise Chowmuhani where SFI, DYFI leader will also remain present. It’s worthy to mention here that Tripura CPI-M’s God-Father Manik Sarkar, along with his Polit Bureau Member had visited Hyderabad Central University on 22 January 2016, and had enough sympathy and time to express “solidarity” with the students protesting against the suicide of Rohith Vemula.

But behind all the fake sympathies of CPI-M govt the reality is just different. Source said that all the data revealed by Tripura Govt in the 1^st Assembly of 2016 were wrong. Whereas the CPI-M Govt cries a lot for slashing of funds under SC  Welfare, in actual in last year 14.2 % non-utilized fund was unearthed. The central Govt asked the state govt for sending the detail reports of the expenditure but the state govt failed to do so, saying the govt here has utilize the fund in other social welfare.

For what purpose the fund was used it’s also not clear, whether it’s party fund or something else, the state govt didn’t tell anything to the Centre. But without explanation the Central govt will not allocate the fund.

The Govt of Tripura in Assembly 2016 said that there are 6 lakhs 54 thousand SC in Tripura which stands around 17. 8 lakhs, whereas the actual status is around 20 %.  

The Communist Govt here is using all the SC / ST/ Backward community as their vote banks but the govt left them without any benefit and this is the chief reason behind the undeveloped condition of Tripura.

Non-utilized fund is in every dept. which has led the Central govt to slash the fund of state Tripura.

The corruption of CPI-M govt doesn’t end here. The SC / ST / OBC / Minority students who are residing at Bhagini Nivedita Hostel, at Krishnanagar are left in miserable condition under the supervision of Ratan Bhowmik’s sister Bijali Bhowmik. The catering system there since the beginning are miserable and reportedly due to Bijali Bhowmik’s rude behavior and CPI-M boot licking attitude the students never complaint anything. Whereas such is the condition of SC ? ST and minority students BJP SC National leader Shruti Bangaru Laxmi disclosed that 14.2 % unspent fund is there under Tripura Govt in the FY 2015-16.

In this situation how far the crying over Rohit Vemula will work out for CPI-M govt its to be seen.
