AGARTALA, Jan 13 (TIWN): In the so called ‘golden era’, patients are still facing problem while going to hospital due to lack of Ambulance in remote area of Tripura . Though the state government earlier initiated different plans to increase minimum health service . Besides, the patients and patient parties have been suffering from dearth of senior doctor’s visit and lack of care and compassion including many other problems since long period.
The state government failed to ensure minimum treatment facilities at different remote hospitals. Most of the staffs are rude, arrogant, lazy and they handle the patients with a negative attitude. They also informed that a section of nurses avoid their responsibilities smoothly pushing the patient parties into more pressure. There is a huge lack of care and kindness, such as most of the nurses handle the patients with rough action, they said.
A few of the sufferers alleged that despite several humble requests, the on-duty staffs ignore to provide beds to the patient even after availability of beds. As a result, a vast number of the critical and semi-critical patients undergo treatment on the floor, outside of the concern ward day after day. Night stay is the major problem faced by the relatives and patients parties in hospital.
