AGARTALA, Jan 10 (TIWN) : Kishori Utkarsh Manch conference for a span of two days kick-starts on Tuesday in Town Hall.

Minister for Social Welfare and Social Education, Bijita Nath was the inaugurator of the conference. Information and Cultural Affairs Minister ,Bhanu Lal Saha  was the Chief Guest of the ceremony.

Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna awardee, Dipa Karmakar was also present as the Guest of Honour.
