KAMALPUR, Jan 3 (TIWN): “The plight of the common people, unorganized sector’s laborers, rural people have reached the extreme after the implementation of demonetization. Moreover, the declaration of the Prime Minister to end all odds after the deadline of 50 days also remains an elusive dream. In that context, AICC chalked out country wide anti-demonetization program.
And after the six unanswered questions of Rahul Gandhi, the party would start the program from 5th January next. On that day protest rally would be organized in front of the SDM’s office for one hour”, told Ambassa District Congress President Manoj kanti Deb in a press meet at Kamalpur Congress Bhavan at 3-30 pm this afternoon. During the press meet PCC member Bijoy Krishna Chatterjee, District Committee member Manik Bhattacharjee, Block Congress President Badal Sinha, District Congress General Secretary Tapas Das were also present.
Later Manoj added that, in the special meet of District Congress Committee some decisions were taken to strengthen the party. All the booth committees would be framed within January and Block level conference would also be held. Then the ‘Booth Chalo’ program would also be completed within the month. He also declared that, the party would adopt protest program against the endless corruption and party-raj of the present leftist state government within this month.
