KAMALPUR, Dec 28 (TIWN): Mammoth rally with Priyadarshini Indira Rath and decorated elephant and thousands of workers from different parts of the district and PCC members marked the state level observation of 131st Foundation Day of Indian National Congress here at Kamalpur on Wednesday.

The pre-announced program started with paying floral tributes to the martyrs and freedom fighters at town hall. Then the mammoth rally roamed the entire sub-divisional town. Later special meet of PCC and one day political convention of District Congress started at the town hall.

In the day-long political meet and discussion PCC would chalk out a political roadmap for future course of the party. Besides, the future political line of the party would also be chalked out in the meet. PCC President Birajit Sinha, MLA Gopal Roy, Pijush Biswas and other PCC members were present in the celebration.
