AGARTALA, Dec 27 (TIWN): Cold waves prevailed unabated in most parts of Northeast including Tripura.

On Tuesday, state woke up with a foggy morning views everywhere, with poor visibility and thus fog has marked the Christmas morning here.

Cold wave is prevailing across the whole state.

Meteorological Department said, similar situation will continue from now.

 "The sky will remain clear in the day with dense to very dense fog in the morning," an official said.
