KAMALPUR, Dec 25 (TIWN): 131st spring would have been in tune for Congress or INC on 28th December next. And on that day the party, probably for the first time in its history in the state, would observe State level Foundation Day outside Agartala, at Kamalpur. PCC President Birajit Sinha and organizing District Congress President Manoj kanti Deb attended a press meet at Kamalpur Press Club this afternoon.

PCC Chief Mr. Sinha told that, on that day a special meet of PCC would be conducted and District Congress Committee would held a political convention. After discussion, some political and organizational directives would be adopted for future course of the party.

Manoj kanti Deb claimed that almost 1000 delegates would take part from 4 Assembly Constituencies of the District. Total number of delegates would be 1,500. 
PCC member Advocate B K Chatterjee, District Generel Secretary Tapas Das, Block Congress President Badal Sinha were also present in the press meet.
