One convicted in hurt & assault case

UDAIPUR, Dec 23 (TIWN): On Thursday, the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amarpur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted 03 (Three) accused persons namely (1) Sri Sajal Acharjee (32) S/O Sri Jitendra Acharjee (2) Smt Bina Das (Acharjee) (23) W/O Sri Sajal Acharjee both of Sukanta Colony PS Natunbazar (3) Smt Parul Rani Das (45) W/O Sri Shakti Das of Mailak PS Birganj, Under Gomati District, U/S-323/34 IPC.

On 14-05-2015, Natunbazar PS Case No. 2015NTB015 U/S- 341/324/325/307/34 IPC, was registered on the basis of Court compliant of Sri Jitendra Acharjee  S/o Lt. Manmohan Acharjee  of Sukanta Colony PS Natunbazar, against the accused persons namely- (1) Sri Sajal Acharjee (32) S/O Sri Jitendra Acharjee (2) Smt Bina Das (Acharjee) (23) W/O Sri Sajal Acharjee both of Sukanta Colony PS Natunbazar (3) Smt Parul Rani Das (45) W/O Sri Shakti Das of Mailak PS Birganj, Under Gomati District, for hurling attack and assault upon the complainant On 16-04-2015  at about 1230 hrs at  Sukanta Colony, PS Natunbazar.

After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Ashit Das On 28-05-2015, against the accused persons namely (1) Sri Sajal Acharjee (32) S/O Sri Jitendra Acharjee (2) Smt Bina Das (Acharjee) (23) W/O Sri Sajal Acharjee both of Sukanta Colony PS Natunbazar (3) Smt Parul Rani Das (45) W/O Sri Shakti Das of Mailak PS Birganj, Under Gomati District vide Natunbazar PS C/S No. 08/2015 U/S 447/323/506/34 IPC.

 In the result the Ld. trial Court observed that the prosecution has been able to prove the charge labeled against the accused persons (1) Sri Sajal Acharjee (2) Smt Bina Das (Acharjee) both of Sukanta Colony PS Natunbazar (3) Smt Parul Rani Das of Mailak PS Birganj, Under Gomati District under section 323/34 IPC and accordingly convicted them under section 323/34 IPC. Considering nature & gravity of the offence, after due admonition U/S 3 of probation of offenders act 1958 the Ld. Court thus granted benefit of section 4 of the probation of offenders act 1958 to remain on probation of good conduct  .
