BELONIA, Dec 20 (TIWN): SBI customer Dipak Nandi, S/O- Bichitra Nandi after receiving ruff behavior from a banker named Sujata Mog, has filed an FIR against her on Monday.
By the fault, instead of withdrawal form the customer placed his ATM card before the cash counter. However, TIWN also informed that due to the account number was not with him, he gave the card so that details can be noted by the baker, which is a very normal practice.
But instead of cooperation, Sujata Mog begins to shout against him as per her wish, adding his parents in the debacle.
Reportedly, earlier also, many complaints was against her and she never cooperates with customers.
Following that incident Das filed FIR against her in Belonia police station.
It’s worthy to mention here Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on Sunday during a programme organized by Gramin Bank on its 41stFoundation day told all the bankers across the state to cooperate, and to well-behave with the customers either s/he is rich or poor, as this is their money by which all banks are running.
“Banks do not have any own money, it invests other people’s money and fully depend upon the business of giving loan & taking interest from the customers. It’s just a business of Interest”, said Sarkar.
“This is a magical business the banks are leading. But atleast be kind and thankful to the customers and keep you all ATMs, branches excellent for customer service”, Sarkar said.
But unfortunately, the reality is very harsh and due to lack of actions bankers go on with ruff behavior as much as possible in Tripura.
