AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): The Central Govt as a part of digital banking system and making a corruption free country, said that a ‘less-cash’ society is the 1st step before cashless society.

However Tripura ruling party and other opposition parties have claimed that a cashless society is never possible.

It’s worthy to mention here that a 100 % cashless society is never possible, as countries like Sweden has done it to 90 %.

But in India if people are getting interested for cashless society now a days, then it is because of the Modi Govt’s step for cashless transaction.

For Tripura already in few Petrol and CNG stations the facility is giving, now from the new year people will get the service in hospitals like GB and IGM too.

Cashless transactions are also available in Colleges like NIT Agartala.
