AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): Although the Food Dept. informed that to diminish the ongoing petrol crisis here 332 KL petrol arrived at Agartala from Dharmanagar on Sunday morning, but the Petrol-less pumps causing acute fuel crisis in state.

Along with petrol 780 KL Diesel also has also arrived but again on Sunday also the petrol crisis has again hit the Capital City Agartala.

Long queues was observed before a very few petrol pumps, whereas other petrol pumps are going dry.

A source said that Tripura is undergoing tremendous petrol crisis since many days, but the reason behind the crisis is unknown.

However, although the petrol less situation is disrupting the normality of lives here, but the govt, food dept, petrol pump-dealers are silent in this issue.ft 

Moreover, massive fuel theft is going on at Dharmanagar area, TIWN reported.
