AGARTALA, Dec 11 (TIWN): As expected, after rejoining as the Law Secretary, Datamohon Jamatia has started to speak on behalf of CPI-M led Tripura Govt. before the public, who Manik Sarkar has reappointed as the law secretary. Datahohon Jamatia’s sympathetic talks supporting terrorism also hit the Governor of Tripura on Human Rights Day-2016 at Prgna Bhawan. He said, "there should be a balance of right among common men as long deprivation causes terrorism, drug addiction.

Governor however replied him, "....to preserve the rights of a criminal is not more important than the victims' right". 

“Balancing equal right doesn’t mean to share tea, coffee with criminals”, said Governor. However Datamohon who was talking about human rights, economic right, right for dignity and job equality; but he was the same person who violated SC/ ST promotion laws under Tripura Govt, who was helping the 10,323 teachers bogus recruitment.

Although the then Chief Justice of Tripura High Court Deepak Gupta in January 2016 issued notice to the Law Secretary Datamohan Jamatia asking him to submit explanation in writing' Why Criminal Contempt of Proceedings' won't be lodged against D M Jamatia for writing insulting remarks on High Court and Chief Justice now the state govt. did much hard works to bring back Datamohon in his earlier posts.

Tripura govt said that as the law secretary of Tripura he maintained well the case of 10,323 teachers but now the case is under trouble. 

High Court's ruling on the Law Secretary is surely an extra headache for D M Jamatia's godfather Manik Sarkar. During Deepak Gupta’s time, the fate of Tripura govt began to down including 10,323 teachers’ case. However, after Jut Mill employees case was lost by the state govt it’s now again under tremendous pressure, as the hearing of 10,323 teachers at SC may affect the vote banks of CPI-M if it conducted before 2018 Tripura Assembly Election. 

Datamohan Jamatia was accused of criminal contempt in Case No. 1/2015 and the complaint was filed against the law secretary on November 24, 2015. The main issue of the case was the  reservation policy on promotion and other issues of the state government employees.

 SC / ST promotion, 10,323 case, slamming HC--- altogether 3 charges have been imposed against Data Mohon Jamatia, who is brining back as the law secretary of Tripura. 

 May be after Tripura govt started to lose all the cases at Supreme Court, now Govt is trying to bring back CPI-M’s most trustworthy official so that violation of policies can be safely done or  managed in coming times. Sources said that Govt is afraid of its various corruptions, misdeeds done in last decade. Thus to overcome all these its trying to use Datamohon as their mastermind of all the games. 

 However, instead of India Govt Datamohon was praising the Tripura Govt for preventing terrorism and preserving human rights, whereas it’s open secret that Tripura is one of the most backward state, where GDP growth is lowest, salary is lowest and crime rate is on the peak.
