AGARTALA, Dec 10 (TIWN): Tripura Human Rights Commission which was inaugurated on 2016, 1st January for the first time has celebrated the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ on Saturday. Addressing at Pragna Bhawan on the occasion of 68th Anniversary of ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar's childhood friend & close associate Law Secretary Datamohon Jamtaia, who was charged for dishonoring former Chief Justice Dipak Gupta, also alleged for SC / ST promotion process violation under Govt of Tripura, said, “A balance of living is very much important either for men or women, for criminal at Jail or Terrorists”. “The imbalance of living often generates terrorism. Lack of hope, lack of proper justice, education and health service, imbalance of economy emerges terrosris”, Jamatia said.

He however clarified himself by saying Tripura is now a peaceful state and terrorism has been successfully prevented here. Datamohan continued his long speech on State Govt’s public-fooling propaganda of preserving human rights. 

Tripura Governor raised 2 issues one is about Muslim women’s pathetic lifestyle all over India and the other countries and the global Terrorism issue. Pointing Data Mohon Jamatia Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy said, “Balance is important but it’s not more important than the victims’ right. As now at Kashmir, during the day time children are going to schools firing has stopped there….because demonetization has spoiled the terrorist-fund, so every govt should think like this”.

I do not understand why people, including media  are so much sympathetic towards terrorists? When a terrorist is killed any media, leaders start barking like anything in sympathy of terrorist? 

Pointing Women Commissions of Tripura as well as India, he said, “14 % people are Muslims in India, and 6.5 % people are women, what about their human rights?”

“Mohammad Abdus Salam NI, SPk, KBE, was a Pakistani theoretical physicist; who is the only Nobel prize owner of Pakistan now his grave also has been destroyed”, blasting Pakistan he said. 

As Kahsmir has come back to its peaceful position just because govt took a serious decision. Bringing  balance, equality while defining terrorism is nothing but hypocrisy, said Roy. 

Governor pointing out the negative aspects of police duty said, “Police is the highest breaker of laws and violators of human rights”. Further Governor gave an example how police kept him one day at Jail eveafter his bail order was passed during his political career.
