AGARLATALA, Dec 3 (TIWN): Along with the whole world, state Tripura also observing the ‘World Disability Day-2016’ on Saturday.
On this occasion, Tripura Dristihin Unnyon Samiti conducted a programme at Umakanta school and motivated the blind students.
A huge number of blind students participated in that rally.
