AGARTALA, Dec 1 (TIWN): As a part of tribute Tripura AIDS Control Society remembers Tripura Martyr Chittaranjan Debbarma before they kicked off a rally on the occasion of World-AIDS-Day-2016.

Health Minister Badal Chowdhury, Tripura gymnast star Dipa Karmakar and other Govt officials also remained present on that occasion.

It’s worthy to mention here that the martyr Chittaranjan Debbarma, resident of Khowai, under Kalyanpur block, Teliamura subdivision was killed by Pakistani militants.

Reportedly, seven soldiers, including two officers, were killed in a huge terror attack at an army base near Jammu in the town of Nagrota, just 20 kilometres from the border with Pakistan. 

A group of heavily-armed suicide attackers in police uniforms entered the army base in Nagrota before daybreak with guns and grenades and forced their way in.
