UDAIPUR, Dec 1 (TIWN): District & Session Judge of Udaipur, convicted one accused namely Rajkumari Jamatia (30) W/O Lt. Bikram Jamatia of Lalgiri PS Birganj, Dist. Gomati; U/S 302 IPC.

Reportedly, on 5^th June, 2013, a case was registered at Birganj PS Case No. 77/2013 U/S- 302 IPC, on the basis of compliant of Sri Kalisha Jamatia  S/O Sri. Falgun Kr. Jamata, of Lalgiri PS Birganj Under Gomati District; against the accused namely Smt. Rajkumari Jamatia (30) W/O Lt. Bikram Jamatia of Lalgiri PS Birganj, Dist. Gomati; for commission of murder of one Bikram Jamatia (35) S/o Sri Indra Kr. Jamatia of Lalgiri PS Birganj. 

As per the allegation on the issue of family dispute the FIR Named A/P assaulted her husband namely Bikram Jamatia by a wooden lathi. As a result he received grievous injuries and succumbed to his injuries at spots.

 After investigation I.O of the case SI Goutam Jamatia filed Charge-sheet on 29^th Dec, 2013 vide Briganj PS C/S No. 105/2013 U/S 302 IPC against accused  Rajkumari Jamatia (30) W/O Lt. Bikram Jamatia of Lalgiri PS Birganj, Dist. Gomati.  

 The Ld. Court on appreciation of evidence convicted the accused person namely Rajkumari Jamatia is guilty U/S 302 IPC and sentenced her to suffer R.I for life & pay a fine of Rs. 5000/- and in default to pay such fine, the accused to suffer S.I for 02 (Two) months more.
