AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): Splitting on the idea of TMC and CPI-M’s alliance, MLA Asish Saha told TIWN that the deadly strike was called by CPI-M, not any other party, and Trinamool would never supported strike, when the country is suffering from cash-crisis. Asking about TMC’s view on Monday strike TMC leader Asish Saha said, “The strike was called by CPI-M, why should it support it ? At West Bengal under Banerjee, the strike was prevented fully”. Asish Saha further said that the party also doesn’t support the Akrosh-Diwas, but it has continued its protest against demonetization.

Tripura CPI-M state secretary Bijan Dhar sitting with his RSP, Forward Bloc, CPI members declared on Nov 22 that CPI-M will fight against Modi Govt at Parliament jointly with TMC. It was said immediately after the bi-election results, when counting all the opposition votes it was proven that CPI-M’s vote alone is lower than the oppositions. With a master-stroke Dhar tried to highlight TMC / CPI-M alliance which may weaken the vote banks of TMC, when the rumor about TMC and CPI-M was on the air.

TMC leader Sudip Barman accepting the defeat of his party in bi-election, mentioning about the rumour created by other oppositions and the ruling party, said that TMC will fight back the rumour. However, the strike opposing had proven that TMC had mistaken to walk with CPI-M and it would never fell in CPI-M's traps.

Thus, Bijan Dhar on Monday said, “TMC did not support the strike as it has done mutuality by BJP”… but this was the same man who boosted on Nov 23 that TMC/ CPI-M will go together in Anti-Modi fight. Bijan Dhar’s comment immediately provoked laughter.

On the other hand Congress Chief in Tripura Birjit Sinha also told TIWN that CPI-M’s policy is not 'good'. It lacks unity and that’s why CPI-M called a separate strike, which harassed the common people.

However, Mamata Banerjee again has proven that CPI-M is its ever enemy.

After the flop strike of CPI-M, BJP has been emerging as the opposition at WB too & that’s how Banerjee took the revenge after the rumour about CPI-M/ Congress alliance whcih was raised.
