AGARTALA, Nov 26 (TIWN): Lamp lighting & oath taking ceremony of nursing students of the 10th batch B.Sc was held at Rabindra Bhawan on Saturday.

S Deb, Principal TCN, Santanu Das, IAS (R), Chinmoy Biswah, Principal TMC, Shankar Dey, SFTMC, Ashim Debbarma TNC Registrar, Prof Prabir Saha shared the dais on that occasion.

The first oath taking ceremony of nursing students is meant to be a nurturing experience for the staff, students and faculty of nursing.

By taking oath and nursing pledge, students were formally inducted into the noble profession of nursing where they would carry on their duties with compassion, empathy, love and devotion.

These are the essentials of nursing and important for nurses to always follow. The students looked motivated to always serve the sick and be by their sides as nurses. Everyone at Rabindra Bhawan wished the students best of everything and instills confidence that they will turn out to be the best in their league always.
