AGARTALA, Nov 25 (TIWN): Tripura is grieved as the soil’s son’s deadbody has returned back in state, who was serving the nation as Indian Army and died by Pakistani militants. Devastated parents of great soldier Shambhu Satmura burst into tears, seeing the coffined body of their son. Shambu’s relatives, wife, brother and sisters broken down to see his body; but who knows oneday he was very happy and excited to get the job offer and was eager to pass in the interview which he gave, just as on Friday thousands of boys were found waiting hourlong at AD Nagar ground to get chance as TSR. Job crisis, which has become the major issue of Tripura has left the development of the state far behind. Due to huge corruption in various departments the job recruitment here is never fair. In a recent development it has been known that total violation of recruitment policy is rampantly occurring in Left Front Era, when an RTI Judgment & Order was published. In the reply to the RTI appealer Subashish Dey, S/O-Late Khitish Chandra Dey, resident of Dhaleswar the Director of Health Service in Tripura J K Dev Varma wrote, “In the hearing it reveals that the appeal is justified.

It is also learnt that interview board has marks in the interview out of 100 without mentioning any classification.

Reportedly, whereas TET exam is taking now after central govt forced to do it, but in Group D and C recruitment govt is playing its game and it has been revealed with the RTI revelation.

The fire brigade job violation is well known now, then 10,323 teachers job cancellation, RMSA job discontinuation and other cases have hit the law and order here.

As per National statistics of 2015,  the maximum unemployment was found per 1000 persons in Sikkim at 158 persons, followed by Arunachal Pradesh at 140, Kerala at 118, Tripura at 116 and Goa at 106, as per survey report.Unemployment was lowest in Gujarat at 12, followed by Karnataka at 18, Maharashtra at 28, UT Chandigarh at 28, Madhya Pradesh at 29 and Telangana at 33.

Due to CPI-M Govt’s visionless policies, lack of planning, lack of private sector industries, nepotism and rampant corruption in Government Departments, alarming rise of unemployment in Tripura, which shows the lack of progress in 22 years rule.

Tripura already ranks 4th in jobless toll, now everyone is applying in every posts, doesn’t matter the job is ranking below their quality or not. Getting a gov job has become almost to getting God here under Manik Sarkar’s Era.

Tripura still has around 1 lakhs of illiterate people, among 37 lakhs of its total population, recently said Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar. More than 35,000 people who are below 50 have been marked as illiterate and around 63,000 people are above 50 who are illiterate. About skill development Chief Minister said, there are 25 skill development centres in state and more centres to be opened in coming days, so that they can utilize that part of training to earn their livelihoods. Alongwith the overall literacy rate, Tripura may stand in 1st position in Women literacy also. But he didn’t mention about the unemployment toll here and skill-less Education which increased the crisis more.
