AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): Tripura Infoway (TIWN) Journalists-Photographer group had surveyed since long 3 days at Assam based Riflemara village, which is allegedly controlled by L V Charki, Rajesh Charki’s terror group; the leaders who are responsible for NE terrorist chain. Using the poverty, lifeless situation hovering over the village, the terrorist leaders are using them for Terror-Activities and the 35,000 villagers are now fully under the control of terrorist funds. TIWN many times reported, and gave time to time updates of the various terror incidents held in Tripura due to these NE based terrorists; who have openly running Terror-Institutions there. But when TIWN physically visited the village which comprised of 9 slums, the reality which exposed was just horrifying. There village is cut of all kinds of basic facilities including transport, power connection, schools, hospitals forcing the people there to walk atleast 12 KM everyday after crossing a river named Katakhal.

The students there have to walk for 12 KM to go to the river and after that via boats they cross the river. Then again they spend Rs. 5 each to reach their school.

TIWN team had started journey on Nov 16 from Tripura and after they stopped at Ramnathpara, long 22 KM they walked and crossed Katakhal river to reach Riflemara village. Altogether 9 slums are there as : 1. Riflemara, 2. Dulunala, 3. Ultanala, 4. Boro-Ghor, 5. Riflenala, 6. Arjunnala, 7, balunala, 8. Bagchara, 9. Gudguti. The people there basically live on Jhum cultivation and vegetable plantation and then they sell them in distant towns.

Poverty is a common part of the people that village where the main seeds of Bru-terrorists are nurturing. They are used for terror overall Assam-Mizoram-Tripura and other NE states. LV Charki although was jailed long back but he has been the God-Father of that 50 yrs old village, which set up on 1964 by Chandramoni Reang.

No bridge, no road has been given to them, although time to time funds were released for the development of that area. Everyone knows in the name of tribal population, how much fund flow pursues in an Indian state and the long Congress ruled Assam which has been recently alternated by BJP govt had been received funds and funds for decades, but those villagers lives remained same.

With much risks, walking on bamboos, people there pass streams, walks miles and miles. No medical treatment is in their fates. Even, many people do not know what is called birth certificate, death certificates, resulting they are heavily misguided by Terrorist groups, Terror-based Countries

Areas like Riflemara thus has remained as one of the drawback for India’s safety.

They do not understand the difference between dirty water and pure drinking water and sanitation making at homes are out of question. Right to Education doesn’t apply there & School bags, shoes are distant dream for those Reang’s Children.

They are not familiar with electricity--- candle, hurricanes are their night-allies for study. As a result, the people there pass their lives with many kinds of ‘bad’ activities including kidnapping, fake note circulation etc. TIWN source informed that with the full acknowledgement of their parents, Reang-children becoming trained in militancies there.

Behind all Reang terrors in Tripura that area plays a major role. TIWN earlier reported how Reangs who are staying in Mizo camps are actively engaged in drug smuggling, kidnapping, fake note circulation and even in murder.

On April 22, 2016 when 30th Assam Rifles Batellion and Karimgnaj police nabbed two Chief Bru leaders named Arunjoy Reang & Dailoram Reang, on Sunday again police of Kathlicherra and 30th Assam Rifles successfully caught another Bru terrorist named Shankar Barman. Karimganj.

Across North Tripura and Mizoram-Assam they have been settled as terrorist groups. Allegations are coming that Tripura-Mizo govt.’s disputes emerging terrorist groups in NE India.
