UDAIPUR, Nov 16 (TIWN): Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Court no. 03, Udaipur Gomati Tripura, has convicted 01 accused person namely Bimal Sarkar S/o Lt. Bisambar Sarkar of North Sataria PS RKP Under Gomati District, U/S-325 IPC .

On August 8th 2015, RKP PS Case No. 2015RKP138 U/S-325 IPC, was registered on the basis of written compliant of one  Sri Shyamal Sarkar S/O Lt. Bisambar Sarkar of North Sataria PS RKP, under Gomati District, against the accused person namely- Bimal Sarkar S/o Lt. Bisambar Sarkar of North Sataria PS RKP  Under  Gomati District, for hurling attack and assault upon the wife of complainant On 6th August 2015.                            

After investigation, charge sheet was filed by ASI Pradip Barman On 30-08-2015, against the accused person namely Bimal Sarkar S/o Lt. Bisambar Sarkar of North Sataria PS RKP Under Gomati District, vide RKP PS C/S No. 116/2015 U/S 325 IPC.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Bimal Sarkar S/o Lt. Bisambar Sarkar of North Sataria PS RKP Under  Gomati District convicted U/S 325 IPC and hereby sentenced to suffer R.I for 03 (Three) years and pay of Rs- 5000/- only i.d to payment the fine S.I for 06 (Six) months.
