AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): Children of Tripura remembered Chacha Nehru on the occasion of his birth anniversary, the which is dedicated in the name of Children and popularly known as Children Day.
In this regard a colourful programme was organized at Umakanta School ground by Tripura school Education Dept.
TBSC President Mihir Deb was present on that auspicious occasion.
In Tripura Children's Day celebrated with a range of innovative and fun filled activities at every schools that seems much as a festival.
Various competitions, Children's Day poems, dance and feast is organized by schools and community groups to mark the event and make it a special day for children to enjoy childhood.
Additionally, the events and activities of Children's Day festival also focus to identify the education, recreation, health, cultural, economic and social needs of children.
Children’s day (also known as Bal Divas) in India is celebrated every year on 14th of November to increase the awareness of people towards the rights, care and education of children. Children are the key of success and development of the country as they would lead their country in different and new technological way.
They are adorable and shine same like the precious pearls. Children are the God gifts to their parents by the almighty. They are innocent, admirable, pure and loved by everyone.
