AGARTALA, Nov 9 (TIWN): A mysterious fire broke out at Agartala, caused huge damages to atleast two families at Town Bordowali, Agartala.

The cause of the fire is yet unknown, although police is investigating about the incident.

The fire broke out on Wednesday suddenly at the house of Bijli Paul, which affected the neighbor Biswajit Chakraborty’s home too. In total 4 engines were put on work to control the fire there.

Getting informed fire brigade rushed to the spot and took a control of the situation.  This has created much tension among the locals of Agartala, as day by day number of fire incidents are rapidly increasing here in Agartala.

On Monday early morning also a mysterious fire broke out at Agartala Maharajganj Bazaar, better known as Gol-bazar.

Due to the fire atleast 5 shops were fully damaged, TIWN reported.  Fire brigade team rushed to the spot and after struggling for hours with 4 engines the fire was brought in control.
