AGARTALA, Nov 6 (TIWN): Protesting against the increasing crimes against women in Tripura, State BJP on Sunday gheroued East Women Police Station at Agartala.

Reportedly, at Agartala GB area an owner of a shop named R K Chowdhury assaulted his worker’s wife on Saturday evening.

Eventhough an FIR was lodged against that mentioned person, but the case remained without any action. 

Protesting against the incident, BJP gheroued women police station and demanded to take action against the culprit fast.
