AGARTALA, Nov 6 (TIWN): Tripura BJP has condemned against Tripura OBC Co-operative Development corporation lmt. for giving loan to people ahead of election. According to BJP, Govt of India is giving loans, but they acted like nothing is done on behalf of Govt for backward class of people in India.

 Co-operative Dev. Corporation limt held a press meet on Friday at Lake Chowmuhani Office.

Addressing the press meet, Braja Gopal Bhoumik, Chairman to Tripura OBC Co-operative Development corporation lmt. said that Tripura OBC Developmental unit, for the sake of development and to help the economically backward section of people has started to give loan on the basis of particular purposes.

The rule for loan are like this: Rashtriya-Nigam: 85 %, Rajya-Nigam: 10 %, Beneficiaries : 5 % 

For Agriculture, Business, special loan for women, transport, higher education from Rs. 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs are given. However, terms & conditions are applied. 

However, BJP leader Mrinal Kanti Deb via a press release condemned the incident.
