AGARTALA, Oct 28 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on Thursday evening while delivering his speech at Rabindra Bhawan on the occasion of 22nd Foundation day of Pranavanada Vidyamandir and 100 years completion of Bharat Sevashram Sangha, where all the school children were present at there, he said, “India is not only for Hindus, but the Mulsims have equal rights on this country”. Tripura Chief Minister during his 1 hour long speech didn’t dedicate a single line for students, rather he was busy to attack the Modi Govt as far as possible, which was fully irrelevant on such an occasion. Before Manik Sarkar V K Gupta, ONGC GM had delivered a highly motivating speech for the school children and he said to the students, “Always try to be No-1 in every aspects. I tried to be No-1 in everything since my childhood, following my teacher’s advises. Whatever I am today because I tried to be number 1 in everything either it’s sports, or study”. Although Gupta’s speech was fully Non-Political but manipulating his speech into political angel Manik Sarkar said, staying number 1 is a far dream for India, as evenafter 70 years of independence the country has not been freed from empiricism due to the misleading of the Central Govt which is ruling the country and misleading the generation.

“Indian freedom fighters dream was to uplift India from the backward level but unfortunately after 70 years of independence the dream of our freedom fighters has remained unfulfilled”, said Sarkar. “India is a country which has 35 % uneducated people (however, during NE summit he said 50%). According to UNESCO we top in poverty, women & children here mostly suffer from mal nutrition. Among 184 countries India is at 54 or 55 number and we are still dreaming to be No-1?”, said Sarkar mentioning ONGC GM V K Gupta’s dream.

As a remedy he said anyhow the country needs to be free from all these problems but the Central Govt has no interest in this, said CM.

Bringing Pranavananda Maharaj in his dirty politics he said, “Pranavananda Maharaj never talked about a Hindu country, where no other religion can survive. Is India only a country for Hindus? Has Pranavananda Maharaj asked to get rid off all other religions? But the ruling govt and its party in the name of Hindutva asking all the Muslims to go back to other countries, said CM.

“On the one hand India’s maximum people can not earn Rs. 20/- per each family and now govt has brought bindings against beef eating”, CM said, (whereas Beef is much costly, CM might have forgotten it). Eating animal is a personal preference and if somebody tell you that you can not eat chicken or mutton how would you feel?, said CM.

He further mentioned, “The people who are Mulsim and staying in India---- they actually love the country as their motherland, otherwise they could leave during partisan.  If they didn’t love India they would be in Pakistan or Afghanistan”.

Ahead of innocent Children he further mentioned, “Central Govt trying to change the history with Ramayana & Mahabharata—but these are myths. They do not have freedom fighter’s history at all”. However, he didn’t mention that Tripura’s history books are also occupying by Lenin, Hitler whereas none of the Central school teaches Ramayana & Mahabharata as history till day.

Many teachers, guardians, especially the people who shared dais with CM became frustrated out of CM’s hour long deliverance which was fully irrelevant on that occasion, without delivering a motivating speech for school students.
