AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN) : The Buddhist community celebrated their kathina civara offering ceremony in Buddho Mandir near kunjaban area.

This was their 40th offering ceremony.

This ceremony marks the end of Buddhist lent and is being celebrated at Wat Tampa.

They have a rituals that during Lent  monks could not travel.

The monks stayed overnight in the same temple for three  months. They celebrate this ceremony  to returns Buddho in Earth.
