AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): Whereas crisis of job, low incomes of public, massive black marketing of important commodities in Tripura have put the common people here under heavy trouble; the urban development minister propagated his backdated communist ideology in a programme organized by CITU. Whereas CITU has turned the lives miserable for passengers under CPI-M era and their DADAGIRI force the passengers to give extra charge to them, but the CPI-M Minister there found to praise THE trade union led by Communists. Addressing the mass, Manik Dey said, “Whereas the TMC led Auto rikshaw union fights against the increasing auto fares, but they are silent about the petrol price hike in Country”. But shameless Manik Dey didn’t mention about the low income of people where they are unable to manage daily lives with this increasing price hike of fare and daily commodities.

He also said without any logic, “If fare increases then the auto drivers will undergo losses as passengers will come less to the”. “Why the central govt bends towards Privatization, whereas the private organization and capitalism is damaging the country”, said Dey.

Capitalists give loan to the poor to destroy them, he added. However he was silent about the Rose Valley chit fund group which was given shelter by Tripura CM Manik Sarkar himself.

It’s worthy to mention here that Tripura left front Govt recently was charged by Trinamool Mahila Congress, for sugar scam.

Ajanata Bhattacharjee, Chairperson of Trinamool Mahila Congress said that ahead of Festivals, the left front govt plan-wise increased the price of sugar, when people are bound to buy sugar for the sake of festival. 

Sugar price in Tripura which has become Rs. 26 per kilo with subsidy it would come 23.40 rupees, but without providing the subsidy the state govt is charging Rs. 26 resulting the vougue profit of extra 2.60 rupees to the govt, said Bhattacharjee.

As per Finance Minister’s report in total 2647 metric tons sugar are needed for Tripura per month and thus 2647 (metric ton) X Rs. 2.60 stands around Rs. 8 crores after 6 months cash earnings for CPI-M.

What will Sate govt do with that extra amount of Rs 8 crores ? so is it for Party campaigning ? or the sugar of 2 rupees per kilo which will be given before election that loss to be cover with that money?-----said Ajanata Bhattacharjee.

But after all these Minister Manik Dey blamed the Modi Govt for price hike, and favoured CITU goons for more price hike, instead of theFuel theft, commodity price hike, Poor Pay scale, nil industrialization which the hit Golden Era.
