AGARTALA, Oct 16 (TIWN): China’s aggressive steps towards Northeast India is worrying the Home Ministry of India, which killed atleast 18 soldiers in Manipur on June 4, 2015. The tension of foreign attack & occupying India’s land by neighboring countries not only confined to J&K land, but Arunachal & other Northeast States are attacking frequently by China, if not directly but by using the ethnic groups inside Northeast, subjected the Home Minister Rajnath Singh in 2016 to take initiative to seal NE border within 2017. However, Home Ministry due to political interference facing hurdle to outright the fencing work in states like Tripura. With a surprise it has been notice that among few tribals also in Tripura sympathy for China & their rebellious mentality towards Central Govt has increased the tension further. Although, similar to Chief Minister his counterpart Nagaland CM T R Zeliang also little bit criticized the Central Govt. but atleast he raised the topic to seal India-Mayanmar border issue.

But the Chief Minister of Tripura instead of criticizing the Central Govt. in border fencing, was raising all bogus point to low-down the image of the Country before foreign delegates on Sep 22 at Pragna Bhawan in NE Industry Summit.

Chief Minister said, due to Central Govt.’s attitude with NE states has inspired terrorism in country & the deprives have started to dream about separate states.  CM’s this comment was one of his many hurting comments against his nature before foreign delegates which once again related him with Assam-Bodo attack, IPFT’s separate state demand & the increasing violence in Northeast.

Question arises, if so much worry hovering over Chief Minister’s though about state’s safety why he didn’t raise the fencing issue? Why he was silent about China’s aggressive steps to India, Bangladesh-India clash about Muhuri Char? Rather his friendship with China because of Communist relation is unmitigated.

History says, many violence in Nagaland was carried out by cadres of National Socialist Council of Nagaland - Khaplang or the NSCN (K) with help from other groups like United Nation Liberation Front (UNLF), which are part of militant umbrella organisation - United Liberation Front of Western South Asia, a group believed to have been propped up by China. Apart from the Nagaland based NSCN(K), groups like Assam based United Liberation Front of Assam-Independent or the ULFA (I), National Democratic Front of Bodoland-Sonbijit or the NDFB (S) and the Manipur based Kanglei Yawol Kunna Lup or the KYKL and others are part of the new formation.

But Manik Sarkar in NE Industry summit talked in support of sparest-ideology terrorism, whether he didn’t advice anything about the safety of the Country.
