AGARTALA, Oct 6 (TIWN): PM Modi led Union Govt's ''Act East Policy' and Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu's Mission continued NE infrastructure developments without political motives which resulted Kolkata-Agartala Express train service from the day of Spatami, confirms BJP State President Biplab Deb on Thursday at BJP Office.The much dilemma about the express train has been finally ended as without flagging off by any Union Minister Tripura to get express train on Oct 9.“Every political party wants some coverage in any programme, and BJP also wanted that any of its Union Ministers would come to state on that historical inauguration. But observing the the raising public demand Railway Dept has decided without any Big programme the 2nd Express train will come in Tripura during Puja”, says Deb.“As none of the Rail / NE related Minister are free in this Oct month, so Govt of India has decided let the inauguration to conduct without any Show Off”, said Deb.

“This is the difference between Moid Govt and other Govt. who can sacrifice the party interest for the interest of the people”. Claimed Deb.

“People of Tripura are eagerly waiting for the express train and demands raised that------- India Govt should give a Puja-Gift to the Tripura people. Now finally it will come on Oct 8”, he added.

“This time train will be always in scheduled in its every trips and the train must have to arrive 1 day before the schedule. So no scene of late train journey which people face in Delhi-Agartala Express train journey”, said Deb.

It’s worthy to mention here, The Kolkata-Agartala Express train was one of the demands raised by CPI-M Ministers, MPs and also the Chief Minister on 31st July, during the inauguration of Kolkata-Agartala Express train service.

“Many more gifts for Tripura are waiting”, claimed Deb.

Immediately, the demand for Kolkata-Agartala Express train service raised, Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu announced for immediate work on this project from the month of August.

 Modi’s Act East Policy’s blessing continues Tripura’s soil and 2016 is considered as a historical year for Tripura, as in this year state got its first broad-gauge, then one express train & now state is again ready to get the 2nd Express Train within 2 months of gap.
